Some posters mentioned below the AI projects in DISW. Well, it's run by slimy managers. I've seen the tactic used on employees to force them out. This is in the US. Management starts encouraging an employee to leave voluntarily. They meet with an employee constantly to criticize harshly good work, interpreting it in a bad light and then micromanaging and nitpicking every detail of their work to inflict stress. Then put them on a performance plan, assigning them unrealistic targets. So suddenly a good employee is incompetent. It's a tactic known as "The Suddenly Stupid Employee." There will be more of this as the reorgs continue.

@1ve I think I know the country that poster is referring to. T & I is under KG in Troy Michigan. The AI projects in that division is for PIDD. The guy in charge of these projects, along with his yes men, are the clueless managers that the poster is alluding to. I'm in this dev group so i can confirm first hand. They hired contractors in Pune. We're stuck in meetings where nobody understands anyone, and we're working on futile internal AI apps that no one PIDD wants to use.

There security division is a complete joke. Basically a vendor run through the branch with minimal margin capture. Operational NIGHTMARE......Not sure who is the brainchild in Siemens leadership but they clearly are beyond disconnected with the branches.

I was warned about this place and should have listened. They lure you in with a decent salary and benefits then ghost you after 2 weeks. No help from anyone. No guidance and no direction. Managers hide in their office if they show up at all. The general manager was always pretending to be busy even though i caught him on Amazon shopping 3 times when i walked into his office trying to speak with him about my training schedule. The company is beyond dysfunctional and there is no help for new hires at all. Even existing employees are left out to dry with zero guidance or support. It's an awful and I mean awful branch culture. People are quitting every week.

Thank you Siemens leadership for being so d-mb. We eat your lunch every day in the marketplace. Please continue doing what you're great at by marking up your materials and labor sourcing overseas. Dummies

Who in there right mind wants to work for this company? Siemens pays Forbes magazine to post articles how they are rated one of the best companies to work for. However employees rate the company as the worst culture and worst management to ever work for, Maybe in 1990 -2000 Siemens was a decent company but today it's barley hanging on to its name which is trash in the industry thanks to years upon years of awful management and leadership.

Siemens management is a complete joke! Our GM is a complete clown. Was juiced in by another manager who was a friend outside of work and has absolutely no clue what he is doing. But hey Siemens wants to pay him $250k a year to work 3 days a week because that's all he does . So he's not going anywhere

I'm surprised the branch model
Is still available at Siemens? Thought they would be selling Building Automation materials and services through 100% vendors by now!
