VLO ACCEPTANCE LETTERS IN WORKLIFE

Just heard that they sent acceptance letters for VLO today. Only 2 people in my area. No surprise

I think it's interesting that at least some managers were notified of VLO acceptance yesterday, not the 14th. I wasn't offered one, but I wish that I had at least had the option, but I'm not a manager. It's possible my job code is exempt, but, of course, nobody is saying.

Why would anyone take VLO? This is the time to have a great and stable job at the aerospace company in the world.

Has anyone heard whether VLO recipients will get released and paid until June 5? I believe IVL people will get paid from date of notifications until 60 days are up per warn guidelines. I think Boeing in the past has sent warn recipients home because of the risk of disgruntled employees.

May 13th - managers are provided talking points and will communicate to employees on whether their VLO is approved/rejected.

May 14th - For those who have their VLO approved, they will receive three items:
i) Formal approval notification
ii) Release & Waiver
iii) Comparative Data

Good Luck.
