Thread regarding CVS layoffs

HOO Changes

Positive: we realize we can’t cut hours anymore.

Negative: we will just reduce operating hours.

Major changes coming!

You lazy employees should be required to stay an extra hour unpaid to offset all your slacking throughout the day. Slackers

@1uvg+1jjHYhfg Yes, it would be helpful if Front and Rx had matching hours, just as long as everyone left on time. Reducing operating hours does no good if people stay late.

I think it would help us so much if RX was the same as front store. They close an hour early and customers are frustrated during the week. Weekend 10-6 and front is 9-9. Also still hoping for the 2 employee per hour of operation for my location.

Reducing operating hours is not a negative.

Oh please tell me when this will happen? Would be great if it happens. I just hope they include most stores. I know they probably won't touch 24 hour stores. But it's the 7-12, & 7-11 stores I hope they change.

Problem is they do not take the hours away proportionally. If they cut hours of operation and Hour a day they should take away 14 hours based on requiring two people in the building. They did this in in my store in 2015 (8am open instead of 7am) and took 30 hours away. They are miserable sc-m.

Actually best way to do it, to many stores open later then needed, and will really will not effect sales.
