Why do we have so many in management and not enough people to actually do the work? We have layer upon layer of wasted paychecks who never seem to get laid off and its always worker bees that take the hit. It would sure save the company a lot of money instead of being cheap on supplies and raises. They are micromanaging really bad now. Whats going on?

I recently quit and was in middle management. Why did I quit? Because SLT does not value the people that do all the work. I could care less about me getting a raise or promotion. Plus, I had too many layers of managers below me.
Wait, what management again? The only reason most management below execs is here is because they’re gullible. They are constantly promised promotions and money and trinkets that never materialize. Now I think they have them in a place where they’re just glad they have their jobs.
Lmao we have to keep pushing the narrative its all sunshine and rainbows and theres nothing to see here folks. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Because we have a group of telecommunications execs that have no idea how to successfully run a telecommunications company and a boatload of upper and middle management too afraid to speak up.
Why is everything outsourced? Why is retail still open just shifting numbers around of current customers and not getting hardly any “new” customers so managers can just take home a car and employees sit around on social media. Why do techs ride around on trouble tickets and jobs just ki-ling time before closing them out so another isn’t loaded?
