@1unt+1uOFZnJy I mentioned a strike price so I know how options work. If you are so in the know why not enlighten us instead of being pedantic?

Regardless, the point is - at current prices - F+ leaders have significant value tied up in this grant. For us measly individual contributors, it’s a small fraction. Which is frustrating.

What a bunch on nonsense - wrong amounts (it’s way less) and wrong strike price (it’s higher). Also, you please read up on how options actually work - it’s not 100k shares it’s the difference between the strike price and execution - so they could be worth $0 depending on where the share price goes.

100k shares for F, 225k for E and 400k for D (UK allocation, divide by 10 for US equivalent). Strike price around 250-280 GBX, if you want to see how rich our bosses will be go back to when Reinvent was announced and check the SP a couple of months prior

we were told 1/3 each in terms of "importance" which could mean absolutely anything in terms of headcount.

1/3 split in each of US UK and India has been mentioned before by LT.
But this doesn’t necessarily mean big reductions in Us and UK. It does mean more hiring in India though

Target is to have 30% of P&O over in India. They haven't announced that publicly but that's what's being talked about.

They are asking you to stay because you haven't trained your replacements yet....

Really loved the comment about business centers. “We’re behind all the other greedy companies in outsourcing to cheap Indian labor, so now we’re doing it.”

Expect some serious disposals.

I also hate the comment about the best thing about us is the people. That gives the LT hope. It's such a trope and an easy way out of answering a question. They don't know enough about the business to give a proper answer.

Refineries are a mess and aren't going to get better. Expect a couple to be sold. I personally would divest C&P. No margin in it.

Also can we stop crying about us diverting from our green aims. You'll be crying without a job of we keep going on like this

If bP goes to $125/share I will eat my p*enis on a hot dog bun. stock was $70 twenty years ago and has been sliding since. Would be stunned if it ever again hit $50. Terminal decline

F levels and above were given 'options' not given shares like the rest of us. The options were at $25 per share and they have 10 years to buy them so if the stock goes up to $125 per share they only pay $25. F's got 100,000 but not sure what anyone above got. Agree softer questions from the audience on strategy GC SPOKE WOW shocker!

My F friends told me they had about $100k in shares, Es were about 300k, and D was half a mil ish. Not sure if that’s true but I’ve been told by multiple Fs and Es that it’s significant.

I got 10,000,000 options with a strike price of $60/share...I'll need to stick around until I am 200.

Such a waste of time. Nothing concrete has been said, no details for employees. And they have ignored difficult questions on the chat - even those that got around 1000 likes.

They should all be fired, what a failre of a leadership team.

It's been a bumpy ride for 20 years as bP has had one self-inflicted wound and embarrassment after another.

I wish he would stop going to questions from the audience. He knows the questions will be nicer since the online ones are rough.
