I like the part where the employee asks if they can make a part since the supplier isn't making it right and JF just blows over the request. If I were him I would have said "hey, let's look into that." But no, not even a consideration.

Wow! The top fat cats discovered the water is wet, by finally listening ( just a tiny little bit) to what most employees were saying. The way they talked, I'd believe this was a brand new "administration" correcting the past mistakes of the previous ones.

Ok, they talked the talk. When are we walking the walk? Reduce complexity, stabilize the plants, "help" the suppliers, eliminate some Centers of Excellence (I wonder which ones), reduce Engineering at least 25%, reduce the price of BEVs or add "value like Blue Cruise" (who told JF that's valuable? I'd pay for not having it included). Yes, this year is going to be epic for most of us, but for the wrong reasons.

@1pdi+1kNzpFcC - You need to read DF resume! Seriously. Go is a professional job hopper. Never stayed any where for more than five years. That sis called a RED FLAG.
@1ulx+1kNzpFcC - You wont get answers to real questions. BF had the keys once before. He was fired by his own family in 06. As for JF. Now there is a real winner. except we don't know what has he done? Really. He comes in proclaims to be a CAR GUY.. His words. But we lost market share and we left the car market in NA except for Mustang.

JF is not leadership material Nobody likes him nor trust him. That is a formula for a loser.

Well I may be a small minority here but looking forward to the GTH and hearing what BF, JF, CM, and BS have to say on our future, It's nice to have the opportunity to watch while WFH on the TV vs the laptop screen - LOL!

A question...why were employees polled over the past 2+ years asking if you prefer wfh and come in as work required or hybrid. What were the results? I assume they were overwhelmingly wfh. Why are those results not shared ? Do they not support micro manager agendas for rto. Say no to rto. He11 no we won't go.

Would like them to explain a few AICP things.
1- Why do Blue and Model e have such drastically different targets? Quality has to pick up Model e"s mess, but their AICP is lower.
2- Why are we just now learning that satisfying all of your objectives will not result in 100% of your target? Why wasn't that made clear in March 2022 when the targets were set?

You can assure us? You mean they are going to provide full transparency, no hidden agendas, when, where and how many layoffs will occur, RTO expectations, and no propaganda that people are tired of hearing? I’d be shocked.

I think Global Townhall area great place to decide if one should stay in a company or not
if you don't see any real questions and answers if you don't see many critical questions that means the employees are disengaged and they no longer care
If many real questions are answered and addressed appropriately that means management and the employee base are working on problems to be resolved and they don't have their own little sphere
That will be a positive sign and I would stay in such company

Questions are not from employee questions. They read canned answers from a script. And cut the 5 Questions to the new leader of the week. Who cares.
