Things sheep say for $1,000....

  1. Stop the sheep nonsense
  2. The contract is fair
  3. It's political talk
  4. No need to put it in writing we can trust the wolf.

Stop the stupid sheep nonsense. If someone doesn’t agree with you, they aren’t “sheep”. This is simply ignorant political talk. If you simply parrot what you hear, what does that make you? Think about it.

@1ulg+1j1fwu1N it makes a huge difference. we can get 27 points before disciplinary action can take place. weekend lay offs, on thru freight, is 8 point so if your at zero and get three day bug on a weekend you accumulate 24 points and if your kid get sick or car gets stolen in the next 28 days you can’t take off without discipline. so getting back the four points @ 14 days can potentially be the difference between having or not having our job

They had it this way last year. While I was hospitalized with COVID they changed it back to the old way. I should’ve died. My problems would’ve over.

Forgive my ignorance, I am not in te&y. Does accruing 1 more point every 28 days (article said 4pts every 14 days vs 7pts every 28days) really make that big of a difference?

Three months later......
Due to manpower shortages the current attendance policy has been temporarily suspended in favor of a more barbaric system that benefits the carrier in every way possible.
This system will stay in effect until further notice.
We are One but remember you don't count.

They'll change it back to whatever they want it to be the day after the sheep vote yes for the garbage contract.
If it's not in writing then it doesn't matter.
If it's not in the contract then it doesn't matter.
The employees and the Unions didn't agree to this.
