@1tqc What's not believe? The FRA is in fact at North Platte doing inspections. I only know that to be fact because I physically talked to them. You jumped straight to blaming someone for PSR, even though no one posted anything about it. How is the FRA to blame for PSR? The plan to run with PSR was solely the decision of the executives. If the federal government had a hand in running with PSR, then what was the purpose of the government hearings? Wouldn't they want to protect that decision, if they were a deciding factor in it?

You can't pi-s off the federal government and truly expect nothing to happen to you. That FRA inspector did leave, but the problem is that the inspector came back with their friends.

The FRA is getting cars and locomotives in North Platte. That's only because of one manager who thought they were untouchable and could do or say anything they want. Every time a manager opens their mouth, nothing good happens! I hope the UP enjoys this to the fullest, because they earned it!
FRA here in North Platte bad ordering cars this is great…managers walking around with their feelings hurt…keep telling the FRA not to walk your outbound trains you id--ts

I think that's a very brave move for someone like him to do. The last thing he should be doing is going out into the network trying to smooth things over(doubtful!)or laying off more people(likely!). There's way too many people that can't even stand the site of him or even want to talk to him.
