Thread regarding NetApp layoffs

Security Department is a JOKE

  1. Cote and P. Miller were shrills that GK and MB brought in because they are bu-t buddies. I am not surprised what happened nor shocked. The Rats were leaving the ship last summer after bigger rats arrived last spring.

Good luck to those who got laid off. I found employment pretty quickly and will be enjoying double paychecks till August.

NetApp is going downhill and I expect the stock price to his $30 in a few months. bye.. bye..

A few months have passed and the stock is as strong as ever. NA was smart in getting rid of you.

I left back in August to pursue my dream of not working with Phillip and Mignona. Life is grand.

It's understandable to be worried about job security, especially in uncertain economic times. Turning in a two-week notice is a proactive approach to take control of the situation and potentially secure a severance package, if offered by the company. However, quitting before being laid off doesn't guarantee severance pay, as it depends on company policy and individual circumstances. It may be helpful to have a conversation with your HR representative or supervisor to understand your options and any potential impact on your future employment prospects.

Is it just me or does it seem NetApp is monitoring this site to report disparaging comments to their bosses in hopes they make it through the next round of layoffs?

Is it just me, or is it apparent that the posts containing the insults are written by the same individual, despite their attempts to masquerade as multiple sad disgruntled people? 🤔

I'm glad I left last summer when I saw tw-t face and her British dog arrive. I should have waited to get severance but at least I got a good position before the market tightened up.

in all fairness he may not be too far off on the double pay to Aug. If he hits the 12week cap plus the 2 months, then any unpaid vacation.

Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

With an attitude like that, your next employer is in for a treat.
