Even HR doesn’t care

Declaring the Truist Care Center team has continually shown care for years but oh well, they’re losing their jobs.

@1tjd+1tRYIqC0 - Are you slow? Do you know how to read? Executives at Truist HAVE NOT TAKEN A PAY CUT! Admirable executives at other companies do take pay cuts when times are hard. The executives at Truist are not admirable. That’s the point.

Stock market going through a correction that has been needed for a very long time has nothing to do with Truist. Neither does the arriving Recession. And please name the “admirable executives” who have taken a pay cut.

Your Chief Teammate Officer only cares about herself and eating. She is large and in charge and the most DEI hire ever. I’m sure she will a new award next week.

Thinking Human Resources is on the side of the employees is like thinking Facility Management is on the side of the buildings.

Why would HR care? They work for the company, they are not on your side.

Our only hope is for Harris to get elected and pass aggressive tax increases for the wealthy such as bill and beau-zo and tax then he-l out of banks and corporations. Enough is enough!

This place is a reoccurring nightmare. A sick joke. Stock market getting hammered and recession fears, bill and co. will justify more layoffs and expense cutting while they pad their pockets with bigger bonuses and incentives such as stock repurchases. Admirable executives voluntarily take a pay cut or a lesser (or no bonus). Does this happen at Truist? Of course not. The employees are the ones who suffer
