Considering the overall situation, I am surprised that attrition is not even higher. Why suffer here? It makes no sense, given that there are much better opportunities out there. Many are just wasting their time here.

Get out if you can. There is life outside this toxic badly run business.
Why keep the doors open when management have destroyed production and morale, payoff sooner than you think
Thats it, hold out for a pay out thats not coming. Strike for a rate thats not coming. Keep moaning about things not changing but at the same time dont be brave enough to get another job for fear of change. Then be 15 years into that cycle and lose all grasp of reality. Thats the baker way!

There won't be any payoffs in Montrose so no point hanging around for a payout.
Also some people with long service waiting for a payout when the bubble bursts.
Plenty jobs out there so no reason to be hanging around if the place is so bad
Somebody in this thread seems like a very lonely man with no wife/girlfriend

Waiting to see the lie if the land?
More like waiting to get the ok from the wife/girlfriend 😂
Everyday feels like a waste of time. Don’t know why I bother coming in anymore.
Most people have been waiting to see the lie of the land. General consensus is time to move on but no hurry, wait til you find something that is right for you then go. There was never going to be a mass exodus.
Wives / girlfriends won't let them leave.
