I hear some rumors about layoffs and honestly - I can't believe those rumors. The reason - there are so many employees who are leaving that it is simply unbelievable that there could be additional cuts. Then who would stay here to work?

“... how corporate America operates”, MetLife is not an American company. It went global years ago. It is not run by Americans.
Why is it that the obvious chronic underperformers are never the ones to be let go? Oh yeah, because of Ski Moan's strategy that 90% of the company are deemed "Successful"
It's some of the officers who actually need the inclusion training. Some of what comes out of their mouths is quite offensive; but they must be exempt from such indiscretions due to the fact that they are almighty officers.
I have a feeling they could cut a whole lot of middle management in USB and the same level of work would be getting done afterward.
