This is just a move to highlight things are bad. Turn off the water and let the weeds grow in the green areas. Turn ever other lightning bay off. The company is operating in the red.

Petty and shows executive ignorance. ISP the whole company for all I care but don't give perks then take them away and call it "Cost cutting measures" who the fu-k do you think your fooling? Cut the exorbitant executive pay, then we will be impressed by your leadership savvy.
Remember when we had the colorful plastic reusable cups in order to reduce landfill waste? I saw throngs of people walking out with multiple cups at the end of the day...straight to the cupboard at home, I'm sure. Intel people act like they're broke.
People complain about these perks being removed but I watched for years while people would fill up their huge containers on their way out the door for the day and leaving a handful of fruit. Everyone is quick to jump on Intel management but some of the employees are sc-m too.

If you use the cafe disposable cup for water you are charged $2.50

@niw Nothing wrong with the cream. It's the sugar that's doing it, but it's cheap, so, you know, why the he-l not.
Have you seen the size of most intel employees? Free soda is the last thing they need. Coffee too when it's loaded with free cream & sugar. Intel is doing these wide bodies a favor.
