@1gm
Do expand on the EMEA Leadership team. In the US we just hear how great they are doing

@1gm “from this US side of the Atlantic”

Sure!

Until they address the nepotism in the leadership team nothing will change. The EMEA ‘leadership’ team is broken, having witnessed their strange structure, lack of guidance and favouritism from this US side of the Atlantic it makes Norlin look credible. Until they address that then it’s going nowhere slowly.

@19a it’s really tough watching things go downhill while leadership turns a blinds eye to obvious problems. A lot of the most talented people are looking because some of the laziest have a free ride.

Hey, IT is always the "crown jewel", isn't it?

Its absolute savage... it simply does not get worse.

People with skills have left, are leaving or are just burnt out.
People with no skills are being promoted or "realignned" over on to roles and territories that they just dont qualify for.
Our internal tools are either non functional or a waste of time... it takes weeks to get support on any issues you may have... be it HR, Payroll or IT.
Support is a joke... R&D does not even take fixing problems seriously.
Sales has a hard time getting Customers to renew, let alone buy net new.

Multiple smaller layoffs and unrealistic performance plans are the KKR playbook.

Man, I'm sorry to hear that. :(

Was engineering, sales, marketing or product impacted? Any justification given besides the standard excuse of redundancies.
