No, easy money holding JNPR stock until the acquisition. Will go up 15% in 6 months. Easy money. This acquisition is a great deal for Juniper shareholders. Who gives a cr-p about the peasant, worker class.

I sold my RSUs every year they vested. They were more valuable in a Roth than invested in Juniper.

@1sja+1sdrBF2A,
I agree with you. HEP agreed to pay $40 and then stock went down, does it mean the acquisition might not go through after all shareholders approved the deal?

Acquisition price is $40, the whole market is up, however J stock is at $34.50. Means something is amiss and brewing behind the scenes.Something not good.

Am very glad that I listened to the post which recommended selling Juniper stock couple of months ago (thank you). This tu-d would have been in the teens given how bad Q4 and Q1 were. HPE is another garbage company. Just look at their stock. This combination will create even a bigger stink. Cash out after the July RSU vesting and get the he-l out of here, if you find something better.

While the employees compete against each other for juniper points to be redeemed later, RR and CK burn Juniper to the ground. Well done boys
