At the end of the call today, someone in an office asked a question that we’ve all been wondering. Why in the world would we stand to lose 100 years worth of knowledge simply to get people in an office?

What clients are they referring to? They're obviously lying but implementation clients hate the fact that we're in office so after hour implementations and support has been reduced to a minimum since RTO changes.

The response was:

  1. The clients want us together to collaborate. False - the clients don’t care where we are, just do the work. They’ve told me directly.
  2. We all said in the Your Voice survey that we want better collaboration between teams. True - but if I go to NJ and everyone else is in NE or GA, how does that help? We can do this remotely - just give us enough resources to do the work together.

We aren’t buying any of this!

When they sell off Bank Solutions their new payments company will lose a ton of revenue. The Banks will switch to the new processors payments product.

It was a great question that wasn't answered. Something about Client's being happy about the COE. I have a feeling our lovely Management skipped the forced relocation and years of experience being forced to leave. Wait until next year when reality hits.
