Depends who you ask. Look at Menke's and upper management's salary increase for last 2-4 yrs. They made it like bandits.. They 2-3x they pay.
unlimited leave sounds good in theory but in practice you don't necessarily get that much time off. companies that offer unlimited leave expect you to still deliver, of course - probably more so than other companies - so you can't just say you're taking the next six months off to find yourself in a tibetan monastery
OP asked about “average”…. No way they averaged 15% anywhere.
15% US
promo to sr.
US 2%
Agree, 7 weeks of paid leave is hard to find. Next best I know of is companies that award unlimited leaves. But such a benefit might impact other perks on your base, etc.
If it's above 6% then it ought to be a promotion.
Or a that you were underpaid, unfortunately.
Many of us got laid off and still on the job market or found a lower paying job with low vacation, benefits, no work from home, taken away our work and comfort zone. Everything is relative. If you are having a six figure salary with 401k match and 30 days of vacation, working from home, you have it pretty good...
2%it’s a joke
SG 2%
US 2%
With inflation its like minus 6%.
