I see BE as the girl who was never allowed at the cool girls table in High School. Now, due to her position, the cool girls are allowing her at the table.

@5ng sales leaders and managers have been around too long, and they have gotten worse due to BE.
I had the misfortune of working with BE, whose leadership style was defined by a consistent pattern of deflection and blame. Despite relying heavily on her Sales Leaders, she routinely held them responsible for failures while avoiding accountability herself.
More concerning, this behavior was not isolated. Across multiple forums—FYE, ES, GTM meetings, and similar gatherings—BE, alongside other Sales Leaders and HED VPs/Directors/Senior Directors, fostered an environment where disparaging frontline teams (reps, SGSs, DMs) was normalized.
The result was a deeply entrenched culture of negativity and dysfunction, clearly driven from the top down.
BE is a vindictive, childish VP who is a bully. How BE became a VP is mind boggling.
If you don't know who BE is... You need to look between the cracks, where the dirt and the blades of grass grow... :) She is somewhere hiding between the clueless Microsoft lady and the sales leaders... in the cracks of the pavement / we are waiting for the cengage lawn services to cut her out of this ORG.
BE can barely navigate a computer, it’s so funny watching her having other people support her to just share her screen.

Looks like MH wants to hire a VP and a Director of Higher Ed Product Management. Wonder who will be replaced when these two roles are filled. Thoughts?

If you are excited about the possibility of BE getting axed, you must not work here anymore. Sure she isn’t great but everyone who comes in to replace the old execs is 100x worse.
Hope awful BE is next to get axed.

@p3 - That makes sense, I think EVP of Higher Ed is next. They're eliminating VPs of various ranks one at a time. MH is trying to cut costs at the expense of content quality, so anyone could be on the chopping block.
Strange how MH eats his own. He is ruthless and disposes of everyone around him when they no longer serve a purpose. All the pretenders to the throne live under the delusion that they are the new king in waiting. (Think the EVP Higher ED- MH will smoke him soon enough). Br**ke however was a nasty piece of work with as much personal conviction of a gnat. She was promoted way above her competency, and many senior people shook their heads in disbelief when she was promoted to EVP
The way she handled the DEI conversation last year was horrible. Glad to see her go.
She was terrible. Look up the definition of the word "fake" in the dictionary and you will see her picture. The number one spinner and propagator of MH bull. Nice to see karma finally catch up to one of the untouchables. MH executes all of his inner circle at some point. The thing with her is she would cheer on each and every swing of the axe and pretend that all was as it should be. This news put a smile on my face.
They are thinning the pool of people that might be able to collect during the IPO.
She was also a woman, and Apollo didn’t care for that.
