percentage doesn't matter, the happiness generated by STI is transitory because the next time we're in a pinch and its 0% how excited will we be
180% STI. Flash FPE at level 108
@1sag+1ufrxPan If you have your pay stub for the last pay period of the 1st half of calendar 2024 and you know your STI target, its just math.
