Anyone who got an offer. Was it closer to your total compensation package or is it closer to your salary? I'm also not sure if the Severance package kicks in at 10% below Total Comp or Salary?

Still don’t know if total comp includes our health benefits though.
There is nothing in the severance package about staying within a percentage. If my offer is even $1 less than current total comp my attorney will be handling it.

I heard it would not effect the offer timeline for ICs but I also do not trust anything XOM says at this point, so...
Unsure if the manager offer fiasco is going to push out the IC offers as a consequence.

Nobody has gotten them yet except for VP level people and a few middle managers whose offers were messed up and have to be reworked.
