When is bonus out?
At the Town Hall with Sean Grzebin was all about AI and getting more customers to bring money to Chase through the mortgage side. We have not seen raises in years as the previous person said no matter how strong your rating is and probably won't again. He was bragging about his home in Aruba and how he had to take a call to listen to AI talk to a customer while on vacation. They do not care about giving you more money as they want raises for themselves, higher bonuses and more stock options. There have been no cost of living adjustments in my 10+ years while inflation has skyrocketed. Besides AI they want to get rid of as many US jobs as possible to the Philippines. US customers don't even know there personal and financial information is being routed there.
@1rx So shortsighted. The rating comes from the direct manager, not HR. The favoritism is just as possible as before the changes.
@14x HR took over bonus and merit structure 2 years ago. This is due to favoritism, or perception of. It’s based on ratings and salary/incentive range.
It depends whether your manager is Korean or Chinese, if they are then you won't get any, it will be given to their ethnicity. If not, you will be given minimum 5%.
2% increase is average with4k bonus
