Here is an idea: Prepare a presentation and invite Farley so he can see reality without the false nonsense from management.

Farley's been here over ten years, he's helped create the inefficiencies on his personal quest for the CEO spot.
PAH-LEASE....All the execs know. It's all about empire building. The real excess is in how many management there are so you think they will cut themselves? Farley could and should pull that trigger and eliminate at least 50% of the LL ranks.

You are so on point with AV being a dumpster fire. I can't believe they have a not been disbanded and have the other Ford orgs absorb their non work.
There are currently 15 processes to track in your department, so you propose a simplified workflow to save time and money. There are now 16 processes to track in your department.
Make sure you have updated your resume and maybe have a few job offers, before doing it. I always laugh when people think that CEOs are good, just don't know what is really happening in their companies. Well, it is their job to know what exactly is going on in their companies, and they get paid handsomely for that. Besides, Farley is an "old dog" at Ford. If he didn't find out yet, I doubt he'll find out now, even with your presentation.

If you try to do the right thing for the company, you will get burned. Management will interpret this as you trying to undermine them. I know this from experience.
Do not do this. You will eventually get fired if you do this. Do not make waves. Just keep your head down, mouth shut and do your work.
