With the Ukraine being invaded by the Russians we will hopefully see the current admin realize windmills and other forms of clean energy are not going to fuel the world we live in for a while. European countries are going to be begging for natural gas and the US can provide it with LNG shipments. This admin has went against everything oil and gas, but they are about to get a wake-up call they never planned for. Instead of begging the Saudis they will be begging US companies like Oxy to pump as much as possible. The mistake was made to try and go green overnight, and that was a huge mistake that really should worry all Americans. For a year their eyes have been on stupid domestic policies and they totally let Russia and China in through the front door. I would say oil and gas will be looking pretty good if their eyes are open now.

@2aeo is Karma Troll. I used to think he was a disgruntled ex-employee, but now I think he's a Russian Bot trying stir up trouble in the US energy sector.
Don't bother asking him sane questions. He never responds directly. He just parrots parts of Oxy's Wikipedia page, and claims we say things we don't.
But don't be too hard on him because we're the only family he has. That's why he never leaves.
Where did @1pbg attempt to defend the company, state it is the best company, or state he/she was proud of it? Are you looking at the same posts I am? Very bizarre.

It isn’t about clean air you. It is about climate change and greenhouse gas emissions. We are destroying this planet and the damage is accelerating. If you are under 70 you will likely be impacted by climate change in your lifetime. Renewables and nuclear are the only way to go for those who are able to pay for it.
There is no bright side id--t. It is the facts and only someone like you would put their head in the sand. What is so good about an admin that dumps all over all the hard workers in the oil and gas industry? The ones that fuel this country and are put down by an admin that has no clue at how this world runs. Everyone wants clean air, so why not go after India, China, and the other countries that ruin the air far worse than anything in the USA. All that is being stated is that the current admin needs to wake up and stop chasing wokeness instead of how this world really works.
Only Oxy staff would look on the bright side of what is happening in Ukraine. That takes a special kind of low life, but that's what Oxy has always been. Nobody should be surprised by yet another delight and glee position from Oxy in other peoples suffering.
