You have to pay attention to where (what country) the layoffs are and where the supposed hiring is.

There must be some inkling as to which products they are referencing. Anyone willing to share?

the closed Shoney's located in the middle of nowhere still architecting & coding. Last I heard from any of them they were so giddy and excited when a leader said Allscripts was going to build an airstrip.? I felt sorry for them.

Likely, the beginning of the end! Best wishes to all off the loyal employees that are left. Be prepared as the shoe may drop at any moment in time. It may be a shock to your mental health, your budget, and the life you know. Start planning if you have not done so.

To bad PB and RP are gone, it would be nice to see the "captains" go down with the ship. Sure they are spewing lies where ever they are now.

@r8
Veradigm tried to sell all its products, i.e. get out of the business.
Just because they didn't sell doesn't mean getting out of the business isn't still their priority.
If so, NO product is a priority.

What PM system are they advocating now? In 2/2023, they laid off all but a handful of the R&D team that worked on then, Allscripts PM, and stopped the rebranding project dead in its tracks. PracticeFusion was going to be their “holy grail”!!

So is PM not a priority? What about all the customers they have on these products? So much for the needed enhancements that are desperately needed. You’ll do the minimum regulatory you can get by with and leave us hanging once again! No worries! We’re leaving Veradigm as soon as it is reasonably possible!

Ahh the fond memories.
In January 2020, the company (as a subsidiary of Allscripts) admitted in court to have accepted $1 million in kickbacks by "Pharma Co. X" in return for a deferred prosecution agreement.[6] Practice Fusion was fined $145 million for the misconduct by the Department of Justice for the District of Vermont.
Legacy of this company. Those who lead and manage never worked here. Those who never evolved intellectually more than High School anticks thrived and advanced here.
I have retired to the North Hills area. Don't see many people I recognize.

2/9/2026…hmmm much like 2/8/2023? Have not heard numbers or departments related to what happened today. Some very long term director level employees involved.

They seem to like to do that around this time of year.
Please elaborate when you have more details.
