The fact that so many IBMers on this site use the word "Bruh" shows that the company is going down the drain quickly

SUMMITS and replacing all the older workers over 30 is the magic cure. Bruh...

Yes, this was the Cali-speak used as far north as Sacramento -Turlock.
Dudes...
"Bruh", "Bro", "Dude", etc. are all Hollywood BS about a mythical California that never really existed off the screen, LOL!
The Valley, Point Break, etc. and all that BS.
Basically stoned surfer talk.
Stop trying so hard. What's it like living in your parents basement anyway?
@1yyg+19Re5gc3
You can't troll a troll. I was trolling you. Of course it's not just me doing all these posts.
Once again, I prove you old dudes that read this crāp believe anything you read.
This is like fishing in a barrel.

@1rid+19Re5gc3 was right about you @1yjq+19Re5gc3
One guy, bored out of his skull. So YOU were the one who was trolled.
Ah good, maybe now the bruhaha is over.
"....As IBM has approx 90,000 US employees and some posts receive over 6000 views, I'd say that well over 7% of the US workforce come here at least once in a while..."
Bruh, you are a M0RON. I'm the one and only person that is posting "Bruh" and I don't work at IBM anymore. You IBMers are so easy to troll. The fact that you old geezers don't know how the internet works, that it's a public page, and each time you load the page it counts a "view"... proves that IBM needs to get a smarter and younger workforce. Go back to your spreadsheet you boomer.
"Problem is, the older generation thinks they sound stupid."
No, no. It DOES sound stupid. So much so that to imagine anyone going into ANY meeting at IBM and talking to the boss with this century's equivalent of "Dude", would be laughed out of the room. This tells me the Bruh Band here are actually not just out of college types, but thirty somethings (or one person really), trying to be clever.
It's a culture issue, not just IBM. This generation was not taught professional writing is important so they don't do it. Problem is, the older generation thinks they sound stupid.
Stop the fighting and the holier than thou attitude. We need to have each other’s back. It’s us against leadership.
There goes the US - thinking they are the centre of the world again. LOL!
Clearly an incorrect assessment. While this site clearly has some international traffic, it is primarily a US site.
As IBM has approx 90,000 US employees and some posts receive over 6000 views, I'd say that well over 7% of the US workforce come here at least once in a while.
That is a huge number when you think about it.
Bruh just retire already
You've made this company sink so low, there's no coming back
The intellectual depth of the typical IBMer is dropping with all the layoffs, attrition, etc. Poor speaking and writing habits are a leading indicator of cultural and intellectual decline.
So many IBMers? This site gets hardly 1-2% of total IBM staff. Even 5% isn’t a decent number for that statement. Plus - based on many of the comments throughout other posts - there’s a huge number of people who can’t seem to let go of IBM years after IBM let go of them. So they aren’t part of what raises or lowers chances for the company to succeed.
Thank the Summit program brah
