As we see people out (but not the one that got us where we are - in the ditch we can see that the political animals and backstabbers are still alive and well.
So another merry go around while the destructive politics of software continue.
Maybe it’s time to ditch software and outsource it fully

Majority of meetings are happening remotely, with camera off, and often poor audio quality due to network limitation. Lots of employees are sleeping in the call, before jumping into the next one.

All those directors in Austin software with buzzwords diarrhea should be fired. Then we can rebuild

Let’s get rid of the deadwood… fellows that are just creating issues. They foster an environment of backstabbing and forked tongues. Then all those bozo directors in software… and let’s not forget the drunk VP from the east coast HBT rejected and we welcomed with open arms
Outsource? No. Expect an acquisition of a company with unestablished software followed by more restructuring layoffs. This is the way.
