Apple, Meta, Google, Amazon are not fun places to work at. The big advantage of working for these companies is they have higher standards for hiring and the performance reviews are fair. For the short term this is a better arrangement.
Qualcomm pay is mid and run by mostly incompetent South Asian people who speaks the same language, share the same caste, religion or come from the same state.

I don't, but I know enough QC status collectors now at fruit who complain that they now have to put in real work. They can't fake it and coast like they did in Qualcomm. They keep remembering the good old times at Qualcomm.

With all the Apple engineers who are highly paid and not as incompetent as the South Asian's at Qualcomm, they (Apple) can NOT even make a 5G modem chip. First they fought with Qualcomm, then they threatened Qualcomm that their chips will no longer be used, and now since they have failed miserably, they begged Qualcomm to sign a three year contract to continue using Qualcomm modem chips. So how are all those companies you mentioned better then Qualcomm? I just see a lot of bulling from them.
