I guess all that globetrotting and cheerleading for Saul by TK , she forgot to take care of the Consumer Technology that helped lead to the $3.7B fine. That’s some big ole Boomerang.
Need to do some house cleaning in Consumer Technology . WF just put 1 in 3 banking customers at risk. TK maybe less cheerleading and globetrotting and more work. Maybe open a technology book would help.

TK is all talk....
In my experience, TK is very good at managing up but not across or down. She will execute on anything SvB asks for, regardless of what the impact to her team is. She will also expect the team to figure out what to do about it instead of finding ways to support them under the constraints she agreed to.
Also doesn’t manage laterally very well - just ask SM. Oh, but she left, can’t do that now! So much for supporting (other) women.
was she in charge of Consumer Technology when these failures happened?

I worked in EFT when TK was in charge. Terrible. The answer to everything was that the tech teams had to do EVERYTHING. How do tech teams have time to, you know, do tech things when their leader thinks they should be doing paperwork for risk, for audit, for testing? Answer every question the non-tech teams have, follow all the processes related to them - that changed constantly.
My final straw was when the testing team had hours and hours of meetings with me to then tell ME to do screenshots of what they needed because they took none while I was showing them and explaining only to then have them tell me all these things they needed in the screenshots - like time and date in lower right corner - then I had to put circles and arrows and explain what the screenshot was. WTH? Now I’m a tester, too?
How about some housecleaning in the fake corporate risk team.

I am offended by this talk about TK. TK went for only a few days this week to an event. On the other weeks, she used to be in a different every other night. This proved that wells fargo's problems are now totally behind us as Charlie said today .
Don’t blame TK, she was attending another “women who think they’re important” or “women who love to take pictures of each other” event while all this was going on.
Can we pay the fine in unused CRE?
