If the company wants cameras in the building we the union should vote! Right isn’t that what the union is for? Seeing how the T’s got nothing competitive out of this contract my vote would be no for cameras. It’s not for safety it’s to spy on us let’s be real. Why give into the company when we the T’s get nothing in return? The hall should vote for cameras in the building.

T stands for Tough luck D stands for d-mb
Cameras are coming regardless. There will be no vote and no extra money and the hall can't do anything about it. Let's be realistic, the company can do whatever they want.
It'll all be explained tomorrow by the important people.
@1qnl+1mDbR3IL yes they will use the data to close the gap by forcing out the D rates who aren't putting in the effort and sitting on their phones all day
@1apa+1mDbR3IL. If that were the case, wouldn’t the company be willing to close the gap and give the “D” rates an incentive to leave?
Face it they want the cameras so they can get proof that the T's actually do MORE and BETTER work than the D's !!
When’s the layoff? Is that why they want cameras? Time study? To record how the process is so they can ship it over seas? So they can use things they might see on the floor in next contract if there is one? I would vit No too
The cameras do not make the company money. The T’s do!
So GE is going to spend a boat load of money for higher tech cameras inside but they can not close the gap? Why?
