Wow really want to blame Elon and Trump. This is not a political site but I can say with 100% accuracy that my building has been for years before Trump was elected the first time full of foreigners and H1B visas along with other visa holders. On my shift I am one of just a few employees who are actually American by birth. Also most people on my shift can barely speak any English it’s quite frustrating since my job requires me to communicate across departments.

You clearly don't work at Fiserv or have been living under a rock. Fiserv, like most big companies, is already full of H-1B employees. Nothing new here.
