Anyone actually fill these out honestly?

@a3 Seems to be the case and glad people ignoring it. Never seen so many reminders from execs to fill this in because no one is taking notice and bothering to fill in this rubbish
@1q9 Those part of the layoffs already knew that would be happening.
I said we’re drowning due to layoffs of those with really good knowledge. I feel they need to be reminded, often.
I worked there. I wouldn't fill it out. No purpose to those survey's. Waste of time. HR position should be eliminated. As mentioned, it used to weigh the complainers vs people who like the job. Lets face every manager su-ks at TU.
I think it’s a way to identify who are the complainers. This company values people who silently march along and don’t question initiatives. If you speak out, you’re a villain
@a3 I think this isn't true. The company will view 'no news as good news'. Everyone complains about not being listened to, this is the chance.
And no, I am not a plant, nor with HR, nor am I happy at work these days. Glad for some way of trying to make myself heard.
New HR person hired. Quick Google shows we can expect more corporate propaganda about how RTO is amazing
Remaining silent and ignoring them speaks louder than completing them.
