Any active rumors of a reorg or layoffs? I know they said no more layoffs but I don’t trust them? Only people with real knowledge please reply

@1q0 no one has job security. The economy is cr-p, unemployment is at post-Covid high, gas prices are getting up there, companies are laying off tens of thousands of people. We are not special.

What’s funny is people at Airymom think they are safe. You do realize they are doing this operational change to gauge workload and who is drinking the Kool aid so they can get rid of them before the close

Wireless Estimator early this month so if we get thru Q4 of this year we should be ok

@14z I wish more people would see this. They know they can grow so the best thing to do is reduce spend and consolidate so it is easier to sell. They are doing the same thing SM did when they so network

@13y The CFO won't be fired. He was brought in to do exactly what he's doing, erode enterprise value and make the company an easier target for acquisition.

@yq Yep. I fully expect to be gone in July. The only question is whether this outsourcing will qualify us for a layoff package, or we'll just be quietly replaced.

August. After they see how many don’t return to office from remote work (Free RIF for crown—no severance) and those that support the transaction from crown’s side are gone. Legal and BS are too wrapped up in the sale to worry about it.

Next step is being sold. Maybe we’re being told the truth this time? Next layoff will be from the company that acquires Crown. We’re in the smoke and mirrors part of the game until that happens. Believe no one

Just leave. The grass is so much greener, even benefits are better dont listen to Crown HR that say Crown has the best benefits. Imagine going to work and not having to worry about getting laid off or when a sale will happen.

@az crown is a soul su-king joke now. this mgt team is trying to make it look like they are running lean with their big ego’s and false promises, but they are only trying to get theirs before they get their own pink slips. They know how weak they are and they aren’t fooling anyone. Elliott and friends will give discounts to themselves after they dismantle us.
