Hans Vestberg.
Earlier this week, I was pleased to welcome Prime Minister Narendra Modi to New York alongside peers from across the tech industry. We had a meaningful conversation covering a variety of topics, discussing how #Al, #5G and other emerging technologies play a role in the evolving global landscape,
I shared with PM Modi about Verizon's expanding presence in India, and our highly-skilled employees there working on cutting-edge innovation that is contributing to the well-being of people across the globe,
We also discussed @Verizon's commitment to digital inclusion and our recent milestones, as well as our Responsible Al Principles that are guiding how we improve our products, services and business operations.

@iua+1uIMZDGH Lol implying the pinch isn’t felt. Honestly please go ahead and lay off all of us. By the time customer has gone through PSO and gets to us they are half way ready to leave or stop their switch to Verizon anyway. This will just hasten their leave.

Dead weight? Go f*ck your mother. Good luck with all tech being outsourced to these foreigners. Customers are already pi---d with having to talk to these vendors and then US based reps had to clean up their mess.

Call center representatives need to feel the pinch. Good way to get rid of some dead weight.
