When RJ becomes CEO, will he push for more people in the field?

Heard he wants more folks to be in west Texas

@1pm That’s probably going to happen when the new Houston office is ready in about three years. No way a brand new, expensive office is constructed and used only three days a week.

Maybe it’ll be work in the office every Monday but WFH on work Fridays?

Yes, bring employees back to office with the old 9/80 program. Let them have their every other Friday off. But police the hours that they are supposed to be at the office. No exceptions to the rule. If you consistently cheat the company you are fired. Supervisors need to be retrained at patrolling the floors at quitting time. If you don't want to abide by the rules you are out. By the way Boomers rule.

High prices are good but there may be a windfall profits tax coming. People in the US are pi---d off at how they think oil companies are ripping off the public.

When is RJ going to become ceo? This spring or later? If we do divest all that and withthe higher oil price, we should make another big hit at wiping off some debt.

Employees normally find out at the same time it is announced publicly to avoid issues with insider trading.

Where did in find the Hilcorp sale in the public information? I have looked and only see a sale to Hilcorp from a while back. Is the sale public information yet?

Occidental just divested the South Plains Asset to Hill Corp. Including both CO2 Plants, Levelland, Welch-Cedar Lake, and Andrews.

So a portion of "West Texas" is now owned by Hill Corp.
