Anyone else noticing how this "OS Behavior" is being perverted to subjectively shirk work, or put down others who are going above and beyond? Pretty slick trick to kn--e the competition or people you don't like in the back. And as always at Ford, these bottom dwellers are the ones clawing to the top. Yep, "Do Only What Matters" ..... to me.

Your statement is so true....
No one gets promoted due to being productive. You are promoted because someone likes you. It's all about who you know. This is difficult for intelligent people because we can't turn it off. We can't ignore the ignorance and that isn't popular. Know a stone cold project manager that rose up through the ranks? They kissed someone's a-s to get there and threw the correct people under the bus. Know a hard nosed manager? The crushed someone to get there while ignoring someone else's incompetence just as someone did to them. Thier soul is dead. Ignore them.

I didn’t get an exceeds on my Mid Year PR for Do Only What Matters because I have a champion role….that role was assigned to me by my LL6.
OS Behaviors are total BS giving BF, JF... something to convey to the employee's that sounds convincing for the online shows.
Yep, it's happening where I'm located. Supervisor tainted as they help the chosen ones.
Yep, I see the same thing especially amongst peers. That's where a real supervisor comes into to play to help decide if a task is worth the effort.
