Why bother? You can be laid off tomorrow or next week. Then they come up with formulations like “business reorganization continues”. Meaning what? Until when? We are going to be in a constant state of flux? I’m not saying that companies should never conduct layoffs. But they can be done professionally, with competence and consideration for employees. This is the lamest way to go about it.

There’s a lot of complaining on this site. You all have a choice, no one is forcing you to stay, you do realise that, right?
Yeah nobody cares.
They have basically told sales we are not working hard enough over the last number of days in the Sales Ready event.
Everyone has thrown in the towel.
Dell was already a company hindered by unnecessary bureaucratic nonsense, that added useless processes to get anything done. Now with a talent drain and useless, non innovative executives we are going to continue to circle the drain until the company is belly up or some other company purchases it at a steal. Sure glad those executives continue to get bonuses while the workers barely get scraps
