Will be LOST when New HQ are moved to Milwaukee from current Brookfield office. I personally know of at least 8 people with over 20 years of experience EACH that will quit or retire once they are forced to drive to new location. I'm sure there are MANY others. This will negatively affect many lines of business and almost every department. Problem is, FB & JG most definitely KNOW this and know the effect it will have but they don't care.

With the building of the new, so called, center of excellences. They are firing the excellence for the centralization and will end up with neither. Nebraska is not a hub for mortgage anything.
You know nothing.
@3lav+1oRU1hfI, LOL! If you think the new location is 'great' then you obviously have never visited downtown Milwaukee! TROLL!
If people are quitting or retiring because the company has taken the sensible decision to leave a dated facility in a poor location for a modern campus in a great location then the only thing to say to them is K bye.
You will be told that you are moving to Lincoln NE instead.
@1opd+1oRU1hfI. The thing that you are not taking into consideration is young people don't want to go to the office. They also have grown up listening to their parents complain about being treated poorly by companies like FI, they have no loyalty and will bail at first sign of sweat shop mentality...
Good luck with the next generation...
SF had already lost tons of experience too, by attrition due to sh!tty management. That number is set to grow substantially with the forced relocation.
Fiserv will hire new college graduates to handle these positions. All these senior people will no longer be needed.
I am sure the same can be said when they closed lake Mary, Oregon, and other main fiserv sites to accommodate first data…
Ahead? It's sad days now....
Include remotes years of experience- along with previous layoffs, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023. More than 100’s.
Sad days ahead for everyone including in office and Clients.
