Unfortunately the government, media and corporations are all in bed together. We all know this was caused by offshoring but blaming Russia?! That sounds like something our government would do.

Where’s Sarbanes Oxley when you need it.

Time to:

  1. Split up this company.
  1. Reassess the logic and rules regarding offshoring ANY health information (not to be racist but do you really think the folks at WIPRO in India or Philipines care about American data the way Americans care about data? If so, we have dr-gs for that.)
  1. Criminally prosecute those involved, all leadership included, to discourage this specific behavior, reinforce the need for generalized lawful/ethical behavior, and obtain restitution for the tens/hundreds millions of us who have likely had their most intimate information stolen.

Nothing else will be adequate.

Couldn't agree more. Too much power, abuse, and greed.

YES, they should absolutely take this company and split it up as they did years ago with other large companies. Anti-Trust, Monopoly. NOT good for consumers and we are those consumers. Never should have happened to begin with.
