As a manager that recently left. I APPROVE. Should be more than 10% though. Good luck to those that make it.
Terminate all the Racist, S-xist diversity director , senior directors and VP's . That would immediately save $100M OPEX & raise stock price by 50%. Then wait for the senior leadership team and Tom to be fired and replaced as they' ll have no one left to suck up to them, execute their dirty deeds and cover up for them. That would save another $100M plus additional 50% raise in stock price. mission accomplished.
Pivoting will continue until morale improves.

Get rid of half the lv10 and above to be in better shape.

Not 10 % .. they should fire half of them. AME needs 100% clean up of whole leadership. There are still some good employees left who can save the company but they will never get a chance in current incompetent leadership regime led by failed, terrible and racist lady in AME.
