July @lhi
How about December 20.
Steps required for RTS
Source: Reuters MUMBAI; Updated on December 03, 2019
Mumbai, India: The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA)
Is setting an experience threshold for pilots who fly Boeing’s Max,
As it moves to ensure safety once the aircraft returns to service,
A senior official of the air safety regulator told Reuters.
The regulator will also make it Mandatory for Boeing
To set up simulators in India and for airlines to carry out
Comprehensive pilot training {Before} it allows the planes to start flying,
The source added.
- Where are those simulators?

If it’s one thing I've learned from all these years of working at Boeing,
It’s Never Ever believe anything management says. Most, but not all
Are on the Boeing Kool-Aid express. They tow the party line because
All are afraid to speak of reality in meetings regarding Core Issues.

That is why there are so many un-happy managers at Boeing
That is why no-one wants to be a manager.
Well, the amour mill says January for the factory furlough , some moving to Everett. Flight line will be storing aircraft in Renton, and also some will be transferred to Everett, and volunteers to Moses lake.
But as I stated, its all rumor.
Even more power was given to airplane manufacturers through
The 2018 FAA Reauthorization Act.
Although the FAA discouraged transferring more authority to manufacturers,
Claiming it would "not be in the best interest of safety,"
Then-acting FAA Administrator Daniel
To the commenter below
Please consider, that without bar charts, pie charts and scatter charts
Our meetings would be far less interesting. Yes many meetings are irrelevant
for day to day operations, many more are Irrelevant period. Take the ASAT
Meetings, they went On & On, about nothing there was more nothing in That
Subject Than Visible Dark Matter {OMG}
The SAL machines were coming on line, what was the point, There was None.
But you had to be a good trooper for appearances, have to be a team player.
And because of that, no one would admit it was Absolute Insanity, a Sham.
In the real world, outside of Boeing, that Ship Wouldn’t Float.
Welcome to the Madness. It’s why Boeing provides a free Therapist.
There is no such thing as Free!!!
The Max Will Fly In July; yes there are a few charts for that too.
Nothing sells a lie better than good graphics. There a chart for that too.
See, you went and got me started, I can go on & on.
LOL
Seems to me Boeing has a bloated payroll of people that never touch the plane. They are busy making charts and graphs and doing non production type work that keeps them employeed. When I first hired in there were many LESS people in support roles then there are now. We now pay someone close to 6 figures to build a bar chart when it use to be the lead and the area manager that did that. Now we have safety and diversity and pet projects.... and blah blah blah positions that could be done on a much smaller scale with many less people than boeing has. If 7% of the cost of the airplane is labor... then where does the other 93% go?...

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The head of the (FAA) will testify on Dec. 11 Monday
Administrator Steve D. Before the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
{Quote from the article} U.S. lawmakers have been critical of the FAA’s prior decisions to delegate a significant amount of plane certification tasks to Boeing.
The Lawmakers Made the Max Disaster Possible: They gladly took money from
Boeing’s Lobbyist in exchange, The Lawmakers expanded ODA beyond its utility.
Allowing Boeing a level of autonomy to Certify its own Aircraft. This is Ludicrous!
Along with slashing budgets for the FAA a department with real National Interests
IMO We the American people have to hold those responsible for the Max Fiasco.
Accountability: This has been a national disaster with international consequences.
The Lobbyist, need to be subpoena for depositions, then The Lawmakers involved.
{Follow the Money from Boeing} Who got rich? Where did millions of dollars go?
The Responsibility, Accountability and Liability should have no limits as to Punitive
Damages and should be evenly leveled against them, all on a personal level.
Their lives should be financially ruined along with their reputations.
This is a far less traumatic fate than those who were lost.
It is also far less painful than the agony felt by the loved ones left behind.
Those Responsible should be barred forever from “Serving the Public” and from
“Serving” on a Board for any corporation.
This type of buffoonery can only be tamped down when all of those at the highest levels are held Accountable, Financially.
Then Move to Criminal Culpability, indictments and trials,
First the money trails then the Criminal trials.
The FBI needs a free hand. Free from the political DOJ and the legislative body.
Due to Conflict of Interest: The FBI should operate free of Congressional Criminal.
The Max Will Fly In July, It just has a nice ring to it, (no Source)
OP here, question for the commenter who wasn't happy with the way I used "March".... How should I have spelled or used the month of March to make you happy? Airlines expecting a March return, what's the best way to describe said month in the future so people like you can understand the 3rd month of the calendar year? Some people...

Boeing’s making a big push to get the 737 Max recertified in December
- Interview with a PHD Aerospace engineer who had worked at Boeing.
Good questions; Good answers. It’s factual and well done.

Help for the OP; U have access to the internet but cannot search the internet?

Boeing’s agreed upon steps to recertify the Max:
737 MAX Progress Report: {A Boeing Media News Release}.
https://boeing.mediaroom.com/news-releases-statements?item=130556
Item 1. {Boeing eCab Simulator Certification Session} COMPLETED
- This is disingenuous as it relates to the Max current status
(Below is the {eCab Simulator Certification} > Information from the FAA)
The Boeing 737-8/9 Max design had minor changes to the 737 (NG) design.
For this reason, the FAA issued an Amended Type Certificate to the Max
airplane, which was based on the Type Certificate of the 737NG.
The FAA spent approximately five years certifying the Boeing 737 MAX.
{Boeing applied for certification in January 2012} <
{The certification was completed in March 2017} <
Amended type certificates typically take 3-5 years to complete.
By comparison, the certification of a new aircraft type can take between
5 and 9 years.
https://www.faa.gov/aircraft/air_cert/airworthiness_certification/
This is just one reason why the FAA stepped in to say (No More)

As far as the Boeing Board of Directors is concerned
They Only Have One Mission {To Maintain Wealth Through Share Value}
Nothing else matters to these people, neither their integrity nor Boeing’s integrity.
They exist in their own world separated from reality. Wealth is their only reality.
They will do or say anything to keep that reality.
They are working on the precept of “A lie told often enough becomes the truth”.
Quote Source (The Crown of a Life) written by (Isa Blagden) Date 1869
If a lie is only printed often enough, it becomes a quasi-truth, and if such a truth
Is repeated often enough, it becomes an article of belief, a dogma.
And men will diiieee for it. IMO This last detail, the reverse could be true as well.
This precept has been used by corrupted individuals throughout history.

BCA; Plan to Regain Profitability, Sustainability and Stability
- Layoff of all personnel with less than 5 years.
- Restructuring of BCA debt through the use of chapter 11
- Shift more aircraft manufacturing to the south Carolina facilities
- Re-negotiate Union Contract for pay cuts and reduced benefits.
- Raise the salaries and bonus incentives for the board to rescue BCA
- Hire more board members from the Congress and the Senate

Lies of March: More like July 2020

Here at Boeing we are proud of our commitment to our shareholders.
We at Boeing are just as concerned as you in continuing to uphold share value.
Therefore we make this commitment to you our shareholders: That by any and
All means necessary we will continue to lie embellish inveigle deceive
And obfuscate the true nature of the Sh*t Storm we have created through our
Lying, embellishment, inveigling, deception and obfuscation with the FAA and our
ungrateful customers.
We at Boeing fully understand our grandeur and we understand that to own
Boeing stock is to share in the glory of Boeing.
Because at Boeing perception matters
It looks like thanksgiving was the last supper before something hits the fan.
Laziness is a learned habit; it is easy to ask others do for you

Boeing’s 737 Max won’t be recertified for at least three months:
Aviation expert
Alan Diehl, (Former NTSB Investigator), joins CNBC's "Power Lunch" team
To discuss how the FAA is handling Boeing's 737 Max crisis.

Boeing’s documented process needed to recertify: 737 MAX Progress Report
https://boeing.mediaroom.com/news-releases-statements?item=130556
(Add to this list)
There has been No Acceptance of the MCAS software patches by the FAA.
(IMO) This demonstrates fully why the Boeing board has no credibility.
The Boeing board has an addiction to false statements.
From all outward appearances they present as Pathological Liars, as their
Statements are in stark contrast to their own documented steps needed
To re-certify the Max; (then there’s the RTS timeline a separate issue).
Make of It What You Will
Some pathological lying may result from a mental condition, such as antisocial
Personality Disorder (sometimes called sociopathy), while others appear
to have no medical reason for the behavior. (Greed and Fear)
The Boards behavior is why all of Boeing now has no credibility!!!

March what? Can you please post a source? March like at a parade?
We have no idea what you're talking about unless you elaborate.
So we keep working overtime for planes we can’t
deliver. Hmmmm. Looks to me the more planes
Boeing stockpiles, the longer the layoffs will last.
