Funny and sad to see some id–ts from the HR and other places at vmware who benefit from the discrimination and racism at VMWare. See this id–t “ There is no discrimination at VMware. Quite the contrary.“ do you really live under a rock or just think or employees as dumb bunches?

There is no discrimination at VMware. Quite the contrary. VMware has a rigid quota system for hiring on the basis of gender and race. As long as you meet the criteria, you will get a leg up. Also, there are millions of dollars of bonuses for VP and above that are tied to meeting these gender and race quotas. There was one all-hands meeting where a VP actually said something like, "You will not be promoted in the company unless you play the (identity politics) game." Also, there are plenty of re-education seminars to combat wrong-think. And they now have a newspeak dictionary in the works where dozens of words and phrases are banned (i.e. "binary code" will be changed to gender-non-conforming-code). In short, there is no discrimination at VMware.

Mediocrity spans age, race, religion, s-x, ethnicity and has no country. It’s mediocrity that compels mediocre leaders to hire other mediocres because, en mass, they are able to hide and appear righteous and correct. Leadership is an art that is dying in America because mediocre people only play politics. It’s sad and this hiring practice is spreading faster than CV-19

This regulrly happens in ROCS.

Unqualified and inexperienced Brahmeen project managers, on H1-B, are hired and brought from India or hired in US, then qualified and experienced American citizens are laidoff.

One European ROCS director, regularly doing this illegal practice, has just been laid-off. He has been replaced by Indian senior director in VES in PA.

One reaps that one sows.

Every single tech company does age discrimination. It's the new normal, and is easily hidden. It's a bigger problem than s-x or race discrimination, and has been for years.
