There are several upper management folks who have known each other too long and formed cliques that need to be broken. Also, petty politics has caused low motivation among people who actually work so it is high time the org is cleaned up.
Many waves of layoffs have gone by, and yet the same cliques continue. Hoping this time will be different....

What is the feedback in other mst teams /from other mst leads ? Are we still expecting cuts in ssim/msim/irat mst teams also ?
@1nyv: Chill'ar has cheap mindset. suffering from Ego issues. in lab only talk with his buddies ignores others. all leads from same village. has un ethical practices. no innovation under him. he believe in suppressing voices. his buddies too have no good opinion of him. he should be fire immediately.

you will find same village culture. Sr. Dir hire and pamper id--ts from their village. Cream already left. If New director interview those remaining again for same position, guess what, very few will qualify. that's the reason those remaining folks even though tried could not move to fruit company. They will realize their fate very soon.
MST full of politics and drama. Bunch of boot lickers.

Nothing will happen in MST , same id--ts will stay on IMHO - all the good ones have already left so it's basically a cesspool now.
