It's bewildering to me why SAP believes it's acceptable to subject people to this rollercoaster ride of anxiety. In 2022, despite receiving tempting offers from competitors, I made the conscious decision to remain loyal to SAP because I genuinely appreciated the culture and the people here, even though it meant forgoing a substantial 20% salary increase.
However, I find myself questioning whether prioritizing my SAP’s interest over myself is still the right choice.
CK often emphasizes the importance of employee performance, But this principle cuts both ways. SAP has shown not to offer loyalty and everyone is a paycheck away from being put under alow of pressure and anxiety.
If a competitor reaches out with an enticing opportunity, I may find it difficult not to entertain their offer, without a second thought for SAP or the management team.
