Naga is doing the right thing for company. We all were given the opportunity to take the VSP so there should be no complain. Thanks Naga.

@1ciu

And everything you have seen is legally binding? A legal contract? Enforceable in court? No dummy you are a sheep. Ask why? Why turn down so many VSPs just to fire them as ISPs?? Why!? Makes no sense. Except they don’t have to pay the packages. Mo--n

Please, by all means, tell me where this is documented?
All the documentation I have seen, including documented answers from an open forum, say otherwise.

"A significant proportion of the target for headcount reduction has been reached." So anywhere from 10% to over 50%, it depends if you are talking demographics, market share, statistics... In our FMSC division, the numbers were 17% of the total headcount applied for CPM-AP and ER, all those I know who went for CPM-AP were accepted.

ISP & VSP will be the same package. People who took VSP will have to wait 9 weeks to access unemployment payments while people who get ISP can claim unemployment payments immediately. This is Ireland specific.

ISP is the fancy word. Call it what it is: The termination letter. It will tell you that your position has been terminated and you can NEVER come back to Intel.
