How do we know the plan is 20,000 employees? Did the consulting firms give Carlos a number or a % of workforce - like "you have to layoff 30% of your workforce to realize x$s in revenue" kind of thing?
For poster @1wyu+173h25GF or anyone who knows the answer to this - Carlos was reporting the number of clients who are using next gen tax, next gen payroll and next gen hcm in several earnings calls and investor day (before quarantine) - but I still see people commenting that Next gen is a pile of garbage, stuff isn't working correctly, it's old technology - so there is a huge difference between what employees know and what they're telling investors and the public. What is the old technology? What is not working and why are they slow to release all of Next Gen?
@1nov+173h25GF - and did anyone mention his parents broke laws and came here illegally? And Carlos repays Americans with 20,000 layoffs, no raises or bonuses and he is taking home almost $20 million a year and who knows what that is truly unreported. Fire this CEO now board!

Wall Street has lost patience with constant delays in the next gen products and has realized it’s all been a sham. Company doesn’t have the talent or leadership to succeed anymore. Time to buy a system and rename it.

Was the plan to layoff 20k? I know they let go a lot of people not working in an OneADP location but they hired someone new in the OneADP location. That way it does not count as a layoff to the public.
I hate that they do not even offer the worker the chance to relocate. Some people offered to move and take less money when they were told they were being let go. This is because ADP made agreements with the local government to fill a percentage of seats with locals.
When is this supposed to happen?
