According to the HR senior person there was an employee survey. 😂😂. Biggest lie today. There more focused again on Profit!! Not on there new ATS employees are you surprised. Oh they did give a raffle with prizes( congratulations if you won). But for the most part everyone else got to give away $100 to a charity which I’m not against but I could use $100. Ducked again!!! They HATE ALL FORMER ATS EMPLOYEES!! Let them eat cake!!!! Be happy they have jobs! Anyone who took off for the snow storm with no time left.... good luck. Your f—ed.

What’s up fellas. Just an FYI for anyone leaving & looking elsewhere, do NOT GO TO ADT!!! I know about 5 guys that left ATS & went to ADT & they all said ADT was horrible. That’s working directly for ADT & being a contractor. There not given guys the tools, equipment, safety equipment, or even work truck to do the job. You have to pay for your own gas & tolls. There are no ladders in the warehouses & guys are getting either four door sedans or minivans rented from enterprise to work out of. Training is a joke. You ride out with a senior tech for 5 days & that’s it. They expect you to do everything on residential & commercial side. Only reason I’m saying this is because I saw that someone here a few weeks ago was saying how good ADT was. That is a lie, stay away from ADT, both in house & contractor. Look elsewhere. Best of luck to everyone.

Yeah job s—s they run us ragged. You still got a paycheck, benefits, and a roof over your head.

At some point you gotta be able to stop and recognize you ain't special, nobody owes you jack. Be thankful for what you have else you end up penniless on the streets like millions of others right now.

Yes, AUSA sales is p-ss-d because they are going to loose money because of the merger. From what I’m told all of the AUSA employees are not happy now.
