I understand that it's not easy not to think about layoffs, but constantly stressing over what's to come will only harm you and nobody else. Choose to focus on the positives. My thinking is, even if I'm laid off, I've learned a lot during my time with Micron and that will help me in the future. I have also met some great people here who I know will remain my friends even if any of us no longer work here. It's the small stuff like that, but it's helping me stay sane and keep my blood pressure from spiking all the time.

“Focus on positives” is just another sanitized uncaring corporate talk.
Yet I agree that it is the best rational course of action, but this has to come from inside for everyone, statements like this from outside only exaggerate stress for people..
@1nnp Exactly this. Letting us wait this long is pure torture.
I wish they would get it over with so we can move on.
