Design center in Moscow

Design center in Moscow

Why is the Boeing company Allowed to have a Design Center in Moscow With all of these sanctions against Russia and the possibility now of a Russian invasion of Ukraine?

Is it really and the best interest of the country to have a engineering center to train future Russian engineers how to design potential aircraft that will be flying against the United States if God forbid a War breaks out i Ukraine?

First we give China all this technological advancements who is now a bigger threat than ever with this favored trade status they had for decades but we want to train Russia how to build aircraft to fly against us too?

Why? Boeing is corrupt and is only too happy to use Russian corruption to generate their executive wealth over everything else.

Boeing leadership is corrupt and only interested in their bonuses. Just look at the Starliner, KC-46, and 737 fiascos. They laid off most of their expensive (experienced) engineering staff and they’re happy to send the jobs overseas. The Moscow Design Center should have been closed in 2014. Now they’ll hide behind “We’re adhering to all US laws”.

Boeing doesn’t care about the country. They care about their globalist agenda

It's all very clear as I am one of those older workers "only 62" who was forced to retire. Big B has gone down the drain and is but an empty shell of it's former self. GO AIRBUS !!!

When I was there in 1998 to investigate Transaero because of landing
Gear problems, I took a tour of the design center above the McDonald’s near the Kremlin. I couldn’t believe Boeing would actually send work to Moscow. I was told that the mafia has a hold on that place and always demands more money from Boeing. Convorting with the enemy! Putin’s invasion of Ukraine has now piled the Kaka above the necks of Boeing executives who made stupid managerial decisions once again.

Do you still have to walk through a McDonald's and then go to a door in the back to access the Boeing Moscow design office?

It's almost ironic that Boeing executives started running Boeing like a McDonald's about the same time they setup this design center in mid 90s.

Boeing should have focused more on engineering, quality and safety than on stock price. Boeing stock price was $40/share back in the days when they had higher revenue than they have now, successful products, a good reputation and way less executives. Their PR/lobbyists, excessive cost cutting and stock buybacks created a stock price bubble used by their executives to create personal wealth at the expense of everything else including human life.

Only caring about shareholder value is the reason the companies is the position it’s in now. That philosophy has just almost destroyed the company.

Boeing for decades got by on its safety reputation which now is in tatters. They need a new airplane desperately to compete against the airbus A321. Because of the rapid mismanagement and forced retirements of their older workers it’s doubtful Boeing even has the expertise to design a clean sheet airplane. The fact that a new airplane will probably be designed mostly in Moscow should tell you everything you need to know about the situation. Boeing is in serious trouble.

What a crazy conspiracy nut. Try thinking about shareholders for a change

Its been going on for over 20 years. The 1% don't care about Boeing, the US or other 99%. It's about generating the maximum wealth to deal and prepare with the mass exterminaton that is needed and will soon be coming so the 1% can survive and prosper in future. Are you seriously so naive to think Boeing could design or manufacture anything these days without the Chinese or Russians? Wow!

Boeing also uses Ukraine engineers in Kiev. Awkward! My friend has meetings over Lync with both Moscow and Kiev each week.
