Pay cuts and detailed time writing are expected for most departments moving forward. Possibly outsourcing as well depending on the analysis.

What a stupid useless post. This is a rumour.
Ten to Fifteen Percent pay cut coming!! On top of dispositions and more layoffs in June!! The Cenovus future looks so bright!!
It has been in place for a long time already. Time was never reported in very fine detail. Makes sense, might prompt 90% of the folks to actually do something.
But honestly, I think people have forgotten how to do work.
The reality is that most of you who are complaining are the ones milking the system and YES you deserve strict controls in place the honeymoon is over folks can't wait for cleanup to take place and complainers be gone :)

What analysis? Old Johnny put 40 hours on his weekly timesheet like he was being paid for under salary. So informative.
Send in pics and tape measures of your latest dump with the time used.
Try to time write more than 40 hours per week, they will not let you because it is a liability for the company. But you are expected to work way over 40 hours

They want to know what we do at home. How long you take for washroom breaks, coffee, etc. Sad, very sad
