I just read Macy’s is asking executives to repay $600,000 in bonus money due to an accounting error. They didn’t say which executives or how far down the line but don’t be surprised if they retract the 100% award.

So are we now not getting it on April 4th? Now getting it on the 15th? Are they combining it with our regular pay? Last year it was separate

Did anyone else find it strange that they didn’t send out the actual breakdown of how we got to 100%? In prior years each category and the associated % was sent with the full breakdown.
Don’t confuse this with me complaining about getting 100%, I was expecting less honestly.
Was there a $ difference in the path to growth bonus between an associate and a captain's position?
Salaried execs get the STI bonus.
As far as in store team, does any other role other than store manger get annual bonus?
If you are an executive you got the email yesterday with the % and that it would be paid around April 4th. It's very good news.
Until I see it paid out or receive official documentation of this I don’t believe it
